Processing Time
All orders are processed within [3-5 business days] (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery times via Australia Post:

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and may vary due to peak periods, public holidays, weather conditions, or other delays outside our control.

Shipping Locations
We ship within Australia only using Australia Post. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number. Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Delays
We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Australia Post once the parcel has been lodged.

Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for parcels delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@nicks3dstudio.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist with an Australia Post enquiry or claim.
